I already set the sleep mode for light cycle task light via app. The sleep mode doesn't work unless I turn the light off and on and it work within the sleep time range. The time interface got two buttons, one from the top right is Reset and top left is Done. What’s the two buttons for? how to set?

The Dyson Light cycle gradually reduces the brightness for 30 minutes. It helps to calm down and prepares your body for restful sleep.
The buttons are to adjust the brightness or colour temperature.
The motion sensor is switched off in this mode so this possibly could be the reason for your issue.
The best way forward on this issue is to get in contact with the Dyson customer service team and speak to a Dyson Virtual Service Engineer.

The ‘Contact Us’ section host the primary contact methods for each market, universally this is WhatsApp but it can vary per market.
