How do I register my Dyson Airblade hand dryer?

With the cost of any one of the products in the Dyson family all well into the upper cost range compared to competitors, why is the customer service on the cheap end ?  My issue was with not being able to register my freaking expensive ass hand dryer bc SN I entered got a (product not found ) message . Dyson Airblade V Hand Air Dryer not working, what should I check?

Hello,At my workplace I have a 3 Dyson airblade V hand air dryers setup in the customer washrooms(1 in male, 1 in female and 1 in accessible washroom). The one in the male washroom hasn't worked at all and it  all since the begining (and nobody bothered trying to get it fixed until I got hired. The issue is that the unit would make a small beep when it detected your hands underneath in position however the motor would fail to activate.What I did try doing was swapping the unit in the male washroom with the one in the accessible washroom, the one from the accessible washroom worked fine in the male washroom(so It would not be the power source)I tried cleaning the housing from all the dust (no sign of any water entering that could damage the unit) and still no luck. I also tried cleaning the PCB of the sensor with a little electrical contact cleaner with no luck. I disconnected the connector that goes from the PCB to the motor and It stopped making the beep but obviously would’nt start.I

Please have way for commercial hand dryer to be redirected to face

HiIn many places the commercial hand dryers seem to be doing okay in saving paper towel use.For example, in Australia a lot of airports have them.But, they lose a good deal of benefit because they can not be directed to one’s face.Especially in the airports or other transport hubs, where a traveler may freshen up a bit with a face wash, the hand dryer that only dries hands is rather limited.Why can you not please tweak the design so it can direct the airflow also at the face?It can not be that difficult.

dyson hand dryer - None commercial purchase

My partner and I went to our local pub over the weekend. Since our last visit they’d installed tap hand dryers in the bathrooms. We’d love to put one in the new en-suite. Does anyone know if the general public can buy or is it just for business?
