Im so dissapointed by the lack of support which Dyson is known for! I ordered a replacement turbine head for my dyson big ball aiminal vaccumm less than 2 years ago and again it has broke. I have a second cordless vaccumm for my kids daily spills and accidents so I only use the big ball once per week for thorough cleaning, yet the part has failed me twice now. I rang up and they told me the part is out of stock and suggested I just go to try frind it from a 3rd party. Ive been buying dyson for many years now but feel its no longer a quality product and the service is poor. Im now left with the decision to possbile just give up continuing using dyson altogether instead of buying replacements for it every 1-2 years

I have purchased numerous Dyson vacuums, the Supersonic, and then the Airwrap. Everything has been perfect except the Airwrap started shutting off randomly and having to be hard reset. I’ve checked the filter, ran it with the filter off, etc and nothing resolves the issue. I didn’t know that the unit had a 2 year warranty that expired in December of last year until I had contacted support back in February. They seemed to be friendly at the time, acting like they would possibly cover the unit’s fix, but couldn’t help because I didn’t have the unit with me to “troubleshoot”. I finally got a moment at home where I could grab the unit and sit down and go thru the paces and the chat rep ran thru basic troubleshooting and finally concluded that I need to drive an hour to have it looked at so that they can charge me to fix it even though it seems to be a widespread known issue. So I either buy a new one after 2 years or drive an hour to pay to have someone hopefully fix it so that it po
My hair dryer turns on for seconds and then shuts off. I have checked and cleaned the filter, there are no issues with the cord or outlet. I store the dryer in a safe, cool place. I purchased my Dyson hair dryer 3 years ago and in the last month I can’t use it to dry my hair due to the constant shutting off. This should last more than 3 years.
HiIn many places the commercial hand dryers seem to be doing okay in saving paper towel use.For example, in Australia a lot of airports have them.But, they lose a good deal of benefit because they can not be directed to one’s face.Especially in the airports or other transport hubs, where a traveler may freshen up a bit with a face wash, the hand dryer that only dries hands is rather limited.Why can you not please tweak the design so it can direct the airflow also at the face?It can not be that difficult.
Hey In my country we use 220v and I am traveling to South Korea that also use 220v, but the Hz is different. In my country the Hz is 50 and in South Korea the Hz is 60… can I still use Dyson Airwrap?If not, do you have any suggestions what can I do? How to find help with Dyson customer services?I placed an order on the 22nd November for 2 x 40 mm airwrap barrels (long hair). At this time I could have purchased the same from another retailer and received my order. Dyson have just cancelled my order on 7th December leaving me without the Christmas gifts so needed and without any opportunity to order elsewhere as they are no longer available elsewhere. (This is terribly poor service Dyson, shame on you!) I think Dyson should have advised me that these items were out of stock rather than waiting over two weeks to tell me and then let me down.My question is: How can I contact Dyson to ask for help? I have checked Dyson’s website for an email address to advise them but there is none. I have contacted them on whatsapp and they haven’t responded. I have tried the chatbop but it doesn’t understand my question. Does anyone have an email address I can use please? (Edited by moderator – Tags added/Title amended)
