Heyyyyy Everyone! New Airwrap owner here.. Hi!I have all three barrels (20,30 and 40mm). I’m still trying to get the hang of using them but my hair is straight but frizzy.I used to use my straighteners to get that ‘relaxed beach wave look’ but now all these barrels open a whole new world of opportunities!!!!I need some inspiration ladies! Please, please show me what hairstyles you’ve achieved with these different barrels. I’m desperate for some tips! 😅Also, any advice on how to hold the airwrap to get my hair styled quickly would be a bonus! 🤗Thank you!!Lily Jane x

I got the Dyson Airwrap in November last year AND I love it!I decided on the blue & rosé colourway, which looks so beautiful! I’ve just seen they have a new Topaz Orange colour AND I want it so so badly!! My Airwrap now looks lonely and I’m seriously considering buying the Supersonic 😁If anyone has one yet, please, please, please share your photos! 😍!

Interested to hear if anyone actually got the free upgrade attachment offer for the Airwrap? The comb attachment was offered free for customers but it was never available, put in my notify me request and never heard anything. Now it is not even on the website. Airwrap Volumizing Damaged My Hair
Hi everyone! In the last couple of months, my volumizing brush head has been burning the ends of my hair. Thankfully, I contacted Dyson and they were more than willing to send me a replacement. Can I use a Russian Dyson Appliance in the US?
I spoke with Dyson customer support through chat because I have a Russian version of your air wrap and they told me to go to your customer service service center and they will take care of me here in America. Well I went and they said there’s nothing they can do for me. And that they have been getting an influx of people coming to their location with this same story. So I’m writing to see if there’s anything you’re able to do for me? I just got the item in Aug of last year and it saddens me that I cant even use the appliance here even with an adapter. Dyson Supersonic Help!
Hi everyone, I have just received the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer as a gift and as someone with very long thick hair (it's fab!) .. a few people have mentioned to me that you can get attachments for the Supersonic to make it similar to the airwrap for curling aswell.. can anyone advise on this? Thanks.
Terrible customer service experience - Refund Process
I ordered my Dyson via Affirm in December, I received it and it did not give me the results I was hoping for. That being said I felt confident in returning due to the money back guarantee and Dysons so called “great customer service”. It is now 2/15 and I still have not received my refund after multiple calls to Dyson. I called today and the rep told me “Oh yeah it looks like the warehouse never confirmed they received the items even though we did” (and this was after I was sent an email confirming they received items back) He says all he can do for me now is refund me in 10-14 days, even though I have already waited well over that, now just more time goes by. I told the rep that I will be telling everyone and anyone I know how disappointing my experience with Dyson was, and he seemed to be fine with it. If you are OK with horrible customer service after spending $600 on a hair curler, then Dyson is for you. I would advise you purchase with DRYBAR.
Dyson Airwrap purchased in USA doesn’t work in Europe - What can I do?
Hello. I have bought dyson from USA, but it doesn’t work in my country, Azerbaijan. And dyson(USA) doesn’t recommend to use converter because my machine will be damaged with converter and they directed me to Turkey team.I talked to the Turkey dyson team they said I can use converter and they can’t arrange exchange. However US dyson team don’t suggest to use converter as it will damage my machine. After that I talked to the UAE dyson team and they also said that they are not able to provide replacement service. Then I talked to the US dyson team via instagram, they said they are looking further into this for me and will be in touch shortly, but they never returned. And after that I talked to the member of US dyson team via live chat. He gave me the number which help me to solve this issue. I called that number and they directed me to UK for replacement. Airwrap Attachment Locking Issues - What to do?
After debating buying the airwrap for so long finally purchased it today from John Lewis... so disappointed when trying it out as 2 out of 6 attachments will not lock in place, and the other 4 do lock but after much persuasion on pushing the knob. So expensive for this to happen. I have wats apped dyson and they did reply but was out for tea so will get back in touch tomorrow. Its so upsetting due to the cost of it. If you purchase a Dyson hair dryer at a retaill store, are you still able to purchase the Clyde Extended Warrantly thru HiClyde.com?I see the HiClyde.com site asking for the purchase email and I did not purchase on Dyson.com, I think this is why I cant see my purchase to buy the extended warranty. Dyson retail NY - She is an Awesome asset to the Dyson Family
While on vacation in NY, My son’s girlfriend needed to purchase an attachment for her blow dryer. We entered the Times Square location and were greeted and assisted by a salesperson. With disappointment, the attachment was reportedly not available. As we browsed the other products, another salesperson Alicia approached the 4 of us. She was pleasant, friendly and soon we would discover knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent salesperson. She answered the initial questions regarding the attachment and corrected the misinformation given previously and sold her the attachment. She provided a consultation on how to achieve our desired look for our hair texture and before we left had sold me a Dyson supersonic blow dryer. She took the time to explain the product, how to use it and the different attachments provided. I received a fair market value and was pleased with my unexpected purchase. Dyson Corrale $500 hair starightener and only lasts 2 years? Absurd!
I purchased a Dyson Corrale for my wife as a gift in March of 2020 for all of her hard work through the pandemic. (We both worked through it in healthcare). I purchased it from Best Buy for $544 with tax. In 1 year, the charging stand stopped working. She had to attach the device to the cord for it to charge. Ridiculous. Now, the past few months ago, when she turns it on to heat it up to use it, the device displays the warning screen that the device is too hot. The device will not reach any of the present temperatures because it will say too hot. We powered it off, waited for a while and tried again. We verified there is no nearby heat source and troubleshoot with dyson over the phone and the device will not heat up because the warning screen comes on. This device has never been dropped, left the house its been in and has only been used 1 time a week and kept clean and in mint condition and in less than 3 years have all of this negative experience with this product is absurd. Supersonic - What is the wattage?
How much power does my hair dryer use? I know that it is 120Vac, but I want to know how much actual power is required. I looked through the owner’s manual, and it doesn’t say. Nor does any label on the device, which is weird. This is basic stuff, as a person should be able to plan for his power needs on one circuit.Thanks. WANTED: Oval Attachment for the Airwrap, please!
Recently tried a friend’s Drybar Doubleshot and LOVE the oval shape and the bristles/spacing of the bristles. The shape of the oval brush would be easy to replicate, it seems, and gives a different shape and creates more volume at the root than Dyson's round brush attachment. In particular, also like how the bristles have rounded tips and are more spaced apart, as this creates less pulling - therefore, less hair loss/damage. Please make an attachment like this, as I think many people would purchase the Airwrap, takeaway other devices from our arsenal, and be a game-changer for those who already own the Airwrap. I think that the demand is there and the Airwrap is superior to the Drybar, Revlon, and other similar products with an oval-shaped brush head as far as the heating and airflow mechanism - but, the oval-shaped heads are what make those devices so great. I'm out 600 bucks and no Airwrap!
I purchased an Airwrap Vinca Blue from Best Buy that broke after the second use. I was told it was a manufacturer defect and initiated a return for 1/7/23. It arrives at the warehouse 1/13; I was told that it was actually NOT in stock as previously communicated. Estimated time was anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. I was pretty upset, but was offered a refurbished 1st gen to try out while I wait but it was returned to sender 1/25 before I even received it. I called Dyson asking why and was told Vinca blue was restocked earlier than expected. Got a new order number and everything Except I called today 1/31 and was told IT’S NOT IN STOCK and they’re unsure why I was told that. I’m out 600 bucks for a machine I’ve never really tried. Why promise a refurbished machine to test out if you’re not going to send it? Straighteners don't hold charge - What can I do?
I bought my wife some Dyson straighteners 2 years ago for Christmas and she uses them every day. Even using them in hybrid mode they no longer hold a charge long enough for her to finish straightening her hair.It seems that the battery can no longer hold enough charge for them to be usable, so how do we get a new battery installed as it's a sealed unit?Also the fact that when plugged in 'in hybrid mode' the unit can't get enough power to operate is a major oversight.

Dissatisfied with product claims & would like to return for a refund
I purchased Dyson Corrale straighteners (serial no. 438758-03/03) 18/10/22 from Currys after reading the claims about them being less damaging to the hair because of the floating plate technology, lower heat requirement & the need to go over each hair section once only. I found the roughness of the plates dragged on my hair, using the 185 degree temperature, did not straighten my hair in one pass & over a period of 4 months, my hair has suffred a lot of breakage. I have previously used a number of other straigteners at less than half the price of the corrale over a 10 year period & have never experienced damage like this. Because f the reputation of Dyson & the positive feedback from friends about the Dyson Airwrap, I was very hopeful about this product, but ultimtely disappointed & my hairdresser was shocked by the damage they have caused my hair. I would like to return the product in it’s original condition for a full refund, so please confirm how this can be arra
Dyson Corrale - Hair straightener - Purchasing advice
Hi all not sure if I can justify spending £400 on a hair straightener. I’ve been off work due to cancer treatment and have just finished all my treatments and thought I treat myself to something I really want. My hair have started growing after chemo. I spoke to a friend who has highly recommended I buy the Dyson hair straightener and to be honest I really really like the blue one but it’s the price which keeps stopping me from buying it even on a payment plan. Hi. I want to buy an Airwrap in Thailand. However, I need a specific two pin round outlet. Does anyone know the type of outlets they use in Thai’s Dysons?Asking, because there are two possible type of plugs and I have no option to come to the Dyson store where I’m located.
