Wow wow wow ! I have had and now have again , since the 1st one Dyson replaced under warranty and now the second one is doing same thing battery says fully charged only straightener only works for maybe 3 minutes and then shuts off and shows  0 battery !  And this one only lasted 19 months (well really 6 months ) cause it only worked half way decently for about 6 months ! So I call Dyson before being disconnected the nice cust.support rep was going to get me some trouble shooting help then phone went dead , I call back long story short this guy says flat out throw it away , your warranty is over and there’s no service or repair for the battery in this product !     I said ok so here I sit $500 for the very same issue to happen to to 2  straightners , isn’t there anyone I can speak to to try n trouble shoot /repair it ? Why did the 1st rep look up my purchase  and see this is a replacement and tell me he sees I’ve had same issue and it happened again and he was gonna try n help me ?  So tne second rep answers by saying well he was prob just trying to be nice and not sound like he doesn’t care !    Omg really I said so your saying it’s garbage no fixing it or even trying you know for sure ?  He said yep there’s no way to fix the battery … I said so I just throw it out , throw out the straightener and my $500… he said unfortunately yes there’s nothing we can do about it , but I can offer you a 20% discount on a new one !   I could not believe this !!!  Wow I feel like taking ALL my Dyson products and throwing them in the garbage !    This is horrible , and to think there’s prob women that buy a replacement and have it happen again , just like me only my second one was thank god happened in a year so was under their Lousy warranty . Shame on Dyson they know there’s a issue and they aren’t doing anything about it !   I am going to Post the issue ALL OVER the place ! No more Dyson products in my life …….   Dyson , I challenge you to Prove Me Wrong , send me a Corrale Hair Straightner with battery that actually works right to begin with and that keeps working well after your lousy 2 year warranty !   Cause I had 2  in a vry short period 10/24/2021 only 3 years total , it’s all in your company records (registration)  but your getting away with this prob millions of times over because your Lousy so called Warranty claims when you replace our DEAD CORRALE STRAIGHTENERS the warranty ends 2years from first purchase date ! How convenient for YOU…. And I used to swear by Dyson I work for a very large worldwide company and I used to actually tell clients and customers how great your products are and steer them to purchase your products . But that’s over , I feel very different today, after speaking to your so called customer support :(.       Sincerely Laurie Falzini

Aastha , hello again , well I have submitted everything you asked for a few days ago , and today I got an email that told me there was a private msg in my in my private msg inbox , but after checking all I see different is my original letter )msg) now says SOLVED on the page it’s posted on.  But this matter has MOT been solved !     By any means pls clarify this situation ..   sincerely Laurie
