Air wrap - dual voltage (Rumour that they've released one)

I heard from a friend that Dyson recently released a dual voltage model of the airwrap. Is this true? I checked the website and cannot find information on voltage anywhere. If yes, this would be amazing since I live in Germany and will be moving back to the States soon. Would love a product that can be used in different countries.

@mgeller1  Thanks for your post! Sorry, there’s no truth to that rumor.

For reference:

Here’s a reference to where you can use your Airwrap abroad:

Your appliance may be used in a country with an electricity supply within the same range as that of where your appliance was purchased:

If the voltage is 220-240V then the following countries are applicable:

220-240V

Australia
China
Egypt
Europe
Greenland
Hong Kong
India
Indonesia
Ireland
Malaysia
New Zealand
Peru
Philippines
Russia
Singapore
South Africa
South Korea
Thailand
United Arab Emirates
United Kingdom

If the voltage is 100-127V then the following countries are applicable:

100-127V

Canada
Japan
Mexico
Taiwan
United States of America

For example, if you take a machine purchased in the United Kingdom to Europe it will work. If you take a machine purchased in the United States to Europe, it will not switch on.

OMG imagine if it were true!! We’d be complaining they were always out of stock! hehe!

Take note Dyson, this is what your customers want! 😘
