Airwrap Attachment Locking Issues - What to do? | Dyson Community

After debating buying the airwrap for so long finally purchased it today from John Lewis... so disappointed when trying it out as 2 out of 6 attachments will not lock in place, and the other 4 do lock but after much persuasion on pushing the knob. So expensive for this to happen. I have wats apped dyson and they did reply but was out for tea so will get back in touch tomorrow. Its so upsetting due to the cost of it.

It does sound very unusual to be experiencing this type of issue, especially straight out of the box.

Have you been able to resolve the issue via our Customer Care team? If you’re still yet to send a reply and as the machine is less than 30 days old, I would recommend returning to the retailer for an exchange.

I will be going to John Lewis tomorrow after work with it to hopefully swap it.
