Purchased Airwrap direct from Dyson Jan 24, 2024 - it died Jan 16, 2024. I bought it because my snow white straight short hair because it burns and turns orange with straighteners or curling irons. Airwrap has been the ONLY thing that works on my hair, but it didn’t even last a year and is taking way too long for replacement. I do not have a $500 backup appliance to style my hair and look terrible without styling my hair. I just want to warn anyone buying the Airwrap to look into all the posts regarding it not lasting very long. I am scared about the replacement when I do receive it as I worry it isn’t going to last either. I guess to have the luxury of using a Dyson Airwrap I will need to purchase a Shark Airstyle as a backup for when the Dyson is in Warranty replacement. Also they no longer have the short hair edition:(
