I ordered the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer for it to arrive on Saturday the 15th. Three days after the original delivery date and I still dont even have an email to say it has been dispatched. After two online customer service chats and two phone calls I still have no updates on when the order will be sent I keep getting told it has been expedited but no date that it will be sent or delivered.

Really disappointing service for such an expensive product.
