Black stains on Dyson Airwrap multi-styler in color blue/blush

Few months ago I bought a Dyson Airwrap multi-styler in color blue/blush and after 1-2 month of inconsistent and gentle using, I notice strange prints or stains, can't identify it. I thought it was dirt and tried to wipe it off, but it didn't work out. So now I think it's a coloring problem. Can you please explain me what's wrong with my styler and how can I fix that issue.

Oh that doesn’t look good, possibly the colour is coming off, showing the base colour? I have the original pink and silver Airwrap I’ve had about 5/6 years, I’ve not seen this on mine, I recommend contacting the retailer you purchased it from (or Dyson directly if you purchased it from them) it does sound like a fault with the paint finish. I hope you get it sorted soon.
