Can I use my Dyson Airwrap abroad on a different voltage?

I bought my Dyson air wrap in Saudi Arabia with 220-240v now I am permanently residing here In USA. Whoever here, what did you do? can someone help me with this issue?

I need a 220v unit because I am moving to Europe. Can I buy your 220v barrel only?  You can purchase 110v units on eBay.
