I have brought a dyson Airwrap in the UK and I go to America in September…. Can it be used? Can I get a converter plug for it?

The UK version won’t work in America. The voltage is completely different. Dyson don’t recommend a converter. I haven’t seen any recommendations on a converter. Might be worth an internet search.
