I just bought a beautiful airwrap for my wife from Canada to India, without knowing it will not work in India.

It was supposed to be a Pregnancy gift for her but recently she had a miscarriage and this gift was long awaited. After few days of mental exhaustion she was finally happy to see airwrap but then IT DID NOT WORK. 
 

She has just then move to emotional state again.

Please help!! How can I make it work ?
