Ceramic pop airwrap barrel

Hi!

I got ceramic pop airwrap this January and experienced an issue with barrel — it got burrs. Has anyone experienced issue like this? Getting this type of quality for almost 600$ is disappointing 😐

I’d encourage you to continue your conversation with the Dyson Malaysia Customer Care team, as they should be able to replace this damaged barrel for you under the terms of your Dyson guarantee.

Yep, I bought it in Kuala Lumpur in Dyson Demo Pavillion KL.

I also contacted Dyson CS (dancom.com.my) but they didn’t comment on barrel condition at all.

Hi Jack!

 

I visited Dancom CS at Kuala Lumpur. They said they didn’t have spare parts for my ceramic pop set. Also they said spare parts for ceramic pop would be available only year after ceramic pop sales launch. They offered me spare part of different color that doesn’t match at all.

Very disappointed.
