i copy here a message I sent in July this year, never a reaction to this...

Dear Customer service,

 

last Sunday 8th July I have purchased my 3rd Dyson machine. I have already the Airwrap 1st generation, the pop ceramic version and now I also have purchased the Airstrait.

It was a bad surprise to see that in the Bijkenkorf account I was given a voucher for a free Dyson borstelset, a beautiful pink stylingtool. I was very happy then I went to pick it up. But I discovered I could have right to this if I purchase another Dyson machine!!!!

Seriously? I am thinking about bringing the Airstrait back. It feels really like if I am fooled. How can one person buy so many machines? I have already 3 with this one and I find it very disappointing. I think your marketing campaign is almost offensive.

I would have really liked to have a little present after all these purchases, I hope you can do something for me.

 

Last update: today the airwrap brush, the styler, broke, I do not have the bill because I got it as present, it was bought last May.... and apparently without the bill the warranty cannot be claimed... I registered the machine properly and now another bad surprise!

Just to clarify, was this promotion run by a third party Dyson retail partner? If so, we wouldn’t have any influence over the terms and conditions of the offer, and we wouldn’t be able to influence your eligibility to receive a gift with purchase.

Brand new Dyson hair care machines include a free 2-year manufacturers guarantee, which is validated by your proof of purchase. This would include your original store receipt, or an order confirmation email if you buy online. We’d always advise keeping your proof of purchase somewhere safe in case you ever need support under guarantee.
