My Dyson Airwrap stopped working after just 2.5 years. I contacted the customer service, and the agent told me the best option they could offer was to place a new order at my own cost. Are you joking!!

Welcome to the Dyson Community - I’m sorry to hear your Dyson Airwrap™️ multi-styler has stopped working.

It's not possible for us to specify an exact lifespan as this depends on how each individual machine is used, maintained and stored. Repairs or replacement parts are covered for the duration of our free 2-year Dyson guarantee. Outside of this timeframe, they would become chargeable - so you’ve been correctly advised by our Contact Centre team.

This isn't a situation we'll be able to resolve for you via the Dyson Community. If you change your mind on purchasing a replacement, please visit Dyson.com and click Support to get in touch with the right Dyson Customer Care team for your region.


I already reached out to them before and reached out to them again after your reply. Same answer: buy a new set at my own cost. So I still have the same suggestion for others considering Dyson: don’t waste your money on Dyson!!! My old hairdryer still works after 10 years and it costed 1/10 of the price I paid for this low quality Dyson airwrap muli-stylers.
