Hi dyson owners, I have a problem with my corrale where it is displaying resetting error and then overheating error simultaneously and am unable to start my device. I gave it to service as well although the service engineer just reset it twice and sent it back saying it is working although it stopped again after ine use and started the same error issue again. The service engineer said that I will need to replace the product if this continues. I am definitely not going to do that. But I did pay a heavy sum of money and now am unsure what to do. Can someone tell me they had a similar problem and they got it fixed or if they really had to get it exchanged?
