Hi there,
I just got the Dyson corrale in the Nickel/Copper today and I left it directly by my heater vent for about an hour it probably got up to 77-80 degrees Fahrenheit max. The corrale got a bit hot and now it looks less shiny then when I took it out of the box. Is it possible the heater changed/ damage the finish of the corrale?
Please advise.

An alteration to the surface finish sounds like an unusual issue, but as with any domestic appliance your Dyson Corrale™ straightener should not be subjected to extremes of external heat or cold in case damage is caused.
Accidental damage like this wouldn’t be covered under your Dyson warranty, so any replacements needed may be at your cost.
