I just wanted to know why certain Corrales appear to have a travel dock whereas others appear to have a larger table top type dock please?

All Dyson Corrale™ straighteners are suitable for travel, with universal voltage, and a Flight-ready tag which disconnects the battery for air travel.
As you’ve noticed, some variants may include the original fixed style of charging dock, while some have a Travel Dok™. They both display and recharge your straightener, but the Travel Dok™ can also fold flat for more compact storage in your travel bag. So if you’d like to bring your charging dock with you when you travel, a variant which includes the Travel Dok™ could be a good choice.
