I have made multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email after sending 10 emails regarding the replacement of the hairdryers at the busy Hair Salon. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. I am at a loss for what to do next. If anyone has any suggestions, please share them with me.

I have purchased them through a business consultancy service in London.
