I purchased this in December, 2023.  It stopped working on 7/15/24.  I called Dyson, they instructed me to send back, which I did that day, and they would replace withing 7 business days.  I waited 10 days, and still hadn’t received it so I called again.  This representative told me they received my dryer on 7/18/24 and I would be getting the replacement with 7-14 business days from that date.  This was totally different than what I was told originally.  I waited again, and still no dryer.  I called for the 3rd time, and was told that he would contact the warehouse and immediately have them release the replacement.  I waited again and never received the replacement.  I called a 4th time, and she said she would contact the warehouse while I was on hold, to make sure they release the replacement.  She got back on and said it was released, and I still haven’t received it or even an email that it was been shipped. It has now been 20 business days, 4 phone calls with different stories and NO Supersonic.  I am really disappointed with the run around I have received.  These items are very expensive and I would definitely expect better customer service than what I have received!!!
