I am having problem with my airstrait been using it for 2 weeks and today suddenly it won’t work. I ‘ve been using the right which plug and the test and today suddenly it didn’t switch on.
the only concern for me is I bought the Dyson airstrait in Dubai and I have moved to Malaysia for now . Can I still get the warranty in Malaysia . I won’t be going back to Dubai anytime soon as my work needed me to be in Malaysia .

I’m sorry to hear about this - we don’t offer an international warranty, and we advise against using a machine purchased in one country in a different country.

The best thing to do would be to speak directly with the Dyson Customer Care team in Malaysia. They should be able to run you through some troubleshooting checks, and will then be better placed to let you know what your options are.
