Dyson Won't Refund Lost Package | Dyson Community

Ordered 11/1/2024, Package stalled at mail center. Called Dyson 11/8/2024; Dyson sent return to sender. Package still stalled at mail center and Dyson refuses to refund $810. What kind of high end company does this to consumers? I am so irritated with this customer service and company policy.
