I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received for my Dyson Airwrap. My machine was not working, and after sending it for service, I expected a proper resolution. However, after receiving the repaired unit, the issue persists—it is still not functioning.
This level of service is unacceptable. I trusted Dyson for its quality and customer support, but this experience has been frustrating and inconvenient. I will not accept a faulty machine after service. I request a full replacement of my Dyson Airwrap immediately.
Please escalate this matter and provide a prompt resolution. I expect a response at the earliest, or I will move for a legal action this time.
