fraud


I placed an order on September 3rd. Haven’t received my hairdryer till today which is October 5th. Two days ago my credit card was charged again for the same amount. I tried to get in touch with customer service and it’s been a nightmare! Nobody is able to tell me when my hairdryer will be shipped. I am wondering if they will charge my credit card every month now?

Can you tell me why Dyson is ignoring its customers? When product is out of stock every other company would send an email to notify. Dyson doesn’t! This is outrageous!
