Hello. Loving the air straight...but I cannot get consistent results...sometimes it looks very straight….other times it looks fried, frizzy...Probably should use lower heat..I use 285 but at times that temperature works great...Any insight? Thanks!

Hi @Hardwayc4330,

Welcome to the Dyson Community - we’re glad to hear you’re enjoying your Dyson Airstrait™ straightener!

If you find you can still get good styling results from a lower temperature, we’d recommend trying this approach for a while and seeing if you’re happier with your results overall.

You can also use your straightener in conjunction with your preferred heat protector or styling products (applied to your damp hair before styling), which is worth experimenting with.

Let us know how you get on!
