Hello,

  1. Is my machine registered?
     
  2. Why do I get the following error when I try to contact Dyson Support, “Sorry, we don’t recognise that serial number. Please check and try again.”?
     
  3. How do I to transfer my guarantee?
     
  4. What are the dimensions for the large presentation case?

@eggscellent  If you’re machine isn’t recognized by the registration system, it may be too new for that database - contact local support and they can manually register it for you. Also, there are a few different presentations for different models, so bring a link with you to support and they can help you with that.
