I am a highly reputable salon located in London. Unfortunately, both of my hairdryers have stopped working. Despite attempting to troubleshoot the issue by changing the filters, they still remain non-functional. I have diligently followed the protocol by sending multiple emails, yet have not received any response. As a result, my salon is now left without working hairdryers, greatly disappointing both myself and our customers. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could assist me with this matter. Thank you.
