I bought the Corrale 2/6/2021 £399. 
for the past 3-4 months it’s been turning itself off during use saying battery low. I’ve had to resort back to my 15 year old trusty straighteners which to be honest I should have just stayed with. I’m so disappointed that a massively expensive item would last just under 3 years. I’ve tried different sockets. I only use it to style the front of my hair, it’s never travelled and is docked and looked after very well. As it’s over 2 years old I’m now stuck with a dodgy Dyson that will no doubt end up in the bin. What a waste. I’m here to see if anyone has had this problem too? I’ve searched for an email address to contact Dyson but can’t find one and the chat bot option doesn’t work. I can only call but what’s the point if it’s out of warranty?
