I am so discussed and disappointed in dyson. I ordered a hair dryer one month ago and are yet to receive it. I have called multiple times and have been told numerous conflicting stories.
I was promised a different color to be shipped the next business days and that was weeks ago.
Then when I called today the supervisor had the nerve to tell me that this was told to me in error and even though she sees that call that the rep should have never told me that.
How is that my fault? Now I have a daughter who left for college without her gift I purchased well in advance.
Every call ends the same way with 5-9 day window !!
Today they offered me my money back but after reading these chats I am scared I will not receive a refund.
I am shocked when I complained to other people that this is regular treatment from this company.
I own a small business and I would never treat a customer this way. I plan on spreading the word to my community on how awful dyson is to its customers. May be a good product but not worth the headache.
I still have no answers after yet another call!!!
