My Dyson Air Straight simply stopped working after less than a year of use and there is no technical support near me, the closest one would be a 3 hour drive away and I have no way to get there. I asked if I could send it via FedEx or UPS, but the answer was that they do not send hair products by air.
A lack of RESPECT to the consumer who cannot get decent support for a product that is not cheap.
