Has anyone had issues getting a refund from Dyson? I returned my air straight 14 days ago as of yesterday and should have received a refund. One person in the live chat last night said that the refund has been processed and to contact my bank, but couldn’t give me a confirmation email or anything. So I called today and was told that the refund hasn’t been processed (which it should have been since it’s been 14 days), so they would reach out to the return department and request a refund that would take an additional 7-10 days. I feel like I’m getting the run around. How could I get a refund without constantly having to check in?
