Hello, my husband purchased an airwrap for my birthday not realizing that I already have one. I then tried to return it and soon found out it got lost in the mail. We then opened up a case with the credit card company who said they would give us the money back if we could prove it was actually lost. The shipping company then found it and it was returned to Dyson. We have called Dyson multiple times now asking them to return the money and they have said they would only return it if we closed the case with the credit card company. We have closed it now and have also sent proof to Dyson and are still waiting for a refund. It has been over a month now.
