broken hair dryer

So disappointed in Dyson customer service. Had to drop off my hair dryer at a service center 90 min away. Never received a call about repairs. Had to call customer service but they were unable to connect me directly to the repair center. Had to drive another 90 min to find out they could not fix my 3 year old hair dryer. Very disgusted with their customer service. Will not refer anyone to Dyson. Product should last longer than 3 years with a price tag of 420$

Dyson Corrale in India / Overseas

Hi,I have been struggling to find answers to my questions and Dyson customer service has been of no use. Dyson really need to do something about this!My Question: As per their website information Dyson corrale is universal voltage. I bought my device in USA and I want to use it in India. Has anyone any experience related to that? The dyson customer service said that they don’t recommend using the dyson corrale in other country but the website says it is universal voltage. I have been very confused!

Dyson Airwrap doesn't fully lock after attaching the accessories

Hello! I’ve just purchased the Dyson HS05 Airwrap and I love it, but I have some concerns about the locking mechanism.In the first picture is the lock before the accessory has been inserted and in the second one is after the curling wand has been attached, as it can be seen, the lock doesn’t go fully up to it’s original place and no audible click is heard when I insert any accessory. can the corrale straightener works directly plug it in with no charge in the battery??

Hi, I own a Corrale Hair straightener since July 2024, but I'm having problems with it, when I'm styling my hair I do it cordless.... when the battery is empty or almost empty I plug it and continue styling... in less than a minute it turns off... to summarise the problems is that it doesn't charge when it's On... I took it to official service center and they said that's how it is... that the charging power is lower than than the power it need to work so I need to let it charge for a while and then continue styling... that doesn't make sense to me, I need more than the 30 minutes the battery life time to style my hair, and it's not logical to wait 40 or so minute to continue styling... it is true?? Are they right at service center?? It is not possible to work with the cable plug in directly??? Someone with the same problem??

My Dyson Airwrap stopped working after just 2.5 years. I contacted the customer service, and the agent told me the best option they could offer was to place a new order at my own cost. Are you joking!!

Airwrap -customer service - South Africa

I purchased an air wrap in 2020 from an authorized retailer- It was a dud straight out of the box. It was returned within a week and refunded. I decided to give this airwrap another chance in 2023 - so i purchase one again from an authorised retailer in November 2023. The brush attachment malfunctions within weeks purchasing but i think ok i dont know how to use this thing so lets just keep at it - fast forward to mid september 2024 - i decide you know what its not how it is meant to work. Just note, i have used this product a total of max 20 times in the previous 10 months. I take it to the store it was purchased at and then they send it to some repair centre for an inspection. Today is 5 November, apparently, it was returned to the incorrect store after a repair. So 5 weeks later, no product. I have never been able to speak to anyone at dyson or their repair contractor.I believe i should be refunded or the product replaced based on the 2 year warranty that it comes with. I believe t

Disgusring refund process. Will be taking legsl action.

As a girl who owns the airwrap and air strait and who loves Dyson, I will never, ever, be ordering from them again. Order number : 1505985576My airwrap is grey and I accidentally ordered the blue airstrait. I noticed I made a mistake and went ahead to order the grey one and I returned the blue on 6th SEPTEMBER 2024 and I still have yet to receive my refund. I have called numerous times, emailed numerous times, have been PROMISED numerous times that the refund will come through, however, it will hit the second month mark of not receiving my refund of £449. Dyson, you are selfish and you are thieves. We are not talking about a simple £10 here, it is £449! Do you not feel bad refraining that money from people? Hello. I am planning to buy Dyson Airwrap. I am currently living in USA and want to order it from USA but I also want to use it in Europe as I am travelling very often. I know there is a voltage difference between the continents. What real options do I have to use it in Europe? Can I use a converter in Europe? Is Dyson proving a converter? Extremely Disappointed with Dyson’s Customer Service?!

Well, since public reviews seem to be the only way to get Dyson to respond to their customers. I have been waiting for a replacement since July. My Dyson Airwrap was delivered to their warehouse on July 15, 2024, and it is now almost the end of October, 5 months later. Despite by multiple attempts to contact customer service, speaking to numerous representatives, who themselves have escalated this to numerous other supervisors, my item was at one time unable to be located, missing, and now I can not get a response to even see where my item is, if it’s been located, what Dyson is doing with it, or if I will ever receive a replacement, or my original item returned to me. I provided my serial number, my receipt of purchase and proof of delivery to their warehouse, all of which Dyson has had since July, which has then been given to countless supervisors. The lack of communication and extended wait time with no reconciliation are incredibly frustrating and unbelievably unprofessional for a

Dyson Corrale Straightners Charging Station/Dock not working

Hi all Hoping someone can help me, I have had my straighteners for a couple years, but not used much. I recently went to use them, and the charging dock isn’t working. The charging cable when plugged directly into the straighteners works fine, but when plugged into the charging station/dock it doesn't work or charge. I have tried cleaning any debris out, which hasn't worked. I am also now out of warranty. I would be grateful for any suggestion.Thanks

6 weeks ago our dog chewed the plug on our Dyson Hairdryer, luckily the appliance was not plugged in so I still have a dog :) Wanting to do things ‘properly I contacted Dyson to ask about a repair, the guy on the call even switched to a ‘facetime’ version so he could see the damage, he stated the repair would cost £99.00 and that it would be picked up by DPD and returned to me.2 weeks later the pick up happened.2 days later an email was sent to my Sister (Who purchased the hairdryer as a present for me) to say it could not be repaired but they would offer 25% off a new one! As the email was a ‘no reply’ address I called customer service to be rudely told “of course we will be sending it back” … no further communication was received.This week I was on the case, I called Customer service again to be told they couldn’t discuss with me, it had to be my sister, so I went to the online chat, where I was told an email had been sent requesting the product be returned and that we would be copie

Dreadful customer service

Contacting Dyson customer service is a very painful and tedious process. Used chat on the app first - no confirmation email and cannot access previous chat so spent half a hour on hold days later to speak to a person. Phone line connection intermittent at best. Had to repeat my details many times. Dyson did have record of the collection date I was given so some small comfort but still not received any confirmation email despite being told I should have it within 24 hrs of initial contact. A really disappointing experience from a company that should do better considering the price of their products and loyalty of the customer.

Dyson Air Wrap Attachment Suggestion

I would just like to suggest a new brush head for the Dyson Airwrap similar to the Drybar hair dryer brush head or the Revlon hairdryer brush head. I like the size of the new larger Dyson brush head, however, it does not have the same dual type bristles that can really grip the hair while you’re drying it instead of me having to really help my hair stay on the brush with my hand. I used the other two hair dryer brushes and wanted to purchase one, but that seems like a waste since I already own two top of the line hair drying devices from Dyson (the blow dryer and airwrap). This is just a product suggestion that would be really cool if you guys made. Thank you so much for your time.

About 2 years ago my good friend give me a Dyson supersonic. Few months ago my Dyson stoped working.I’ve been trying to call different Dyson customers service numbers for help- with no luck.Every time when I give my serial number I being told that my serial number is not from uk and that I need to call country where my Dyson was bought originally.When I’m asking if they can help me with finding out where is my Dyson supersonic from you guys are me that you can’t help me and I need to do it myself.For the past 12 months my hair dryer is sitting in the box broken and I can’t figure out what to do with it.Is there any way you could help with this and find out where is my hair dryer from so I could send this and get it fixed ?

Dyson Corrale straightener is a defective product

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Do your homework first online and you will see numerous complaints. It works for a short time, then I got an error message to “reset” which would not work. Now it has died completely after maybe 5 uses. This seems to be a common complaint. Dyson continues to market a product that they must know is defective and refuses a refund, offering only a replacement which I do not want due to the number of failuresDO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT and think carefully before buying any other from Dyson as their customer service is horrible. Corrale Straighteners

It seems to be a common theme with the Corrale straighteners, mine are just over 2 years old and won’t hold charge for more then 2 minutes. As they are out of warranty Dyson have offered me £99 for a refurbished pair which I am reluctant to do if the same will just happen again. I may aswell invest the £99 in a different brand. It’s bad that dyson charge so much for the straighteners that seem to only last 2 years! Just being told this happens to all batteries is not good enough. If I was advised this before purchasing I would not have bought them, The straighteners are not cheap and I expect so much better from dyson.

I purchased a Supersonic in Japan because I was told it’d work in the US.I came back home, tried to use it, and it won’t work.I contacted the customer service and they told me to contact my local store, and that they would exchange for a US one.I called, the store is saying that’s not true and they can’t do that.I activated my warranty no problem so I have warranty but what do I do with this Supersonic if I can’t use it…..?

missing hairdryer

My hairdryer still hasn't been returned to me. My hairdryer is still under warranty but was faulty, I was advised by Dyson to send it off for repair which I did on the 10th of October 2024 the 12th of October I had email to say it was repaired and on its way back to me... No tracking ref available??Today is the 4th of November and I still haven't received my hairdryer... I have phoned Dyson on numerous occasions.. only to be told by different advisers, time and time again that it has been escalated and to wait 48 hours. I am extremely upset and frustrated, the whole situation is causing no end of anxiety, the calls have left me in tears. Is there anyone here that can help me please.

Extremely Disappointed with Dyson’s Customer Service and refund help

I am beyond disappointed with Dyson’s handling of my recent purchase of two hairdryers. I placed the order in September but only received one hairdryer in the package. I immediately contacted Dyson’s customer service and even provided a photo clearly showing that the package size could only hold a single hairdryer.Since then, it’s been nothing but frustration. Dyson’s representatives have continuously deferred my case, asking me to wait 24 hours for an investigation, only to repeat the same message without any resolution each time I followed up. To make matters worse, after another call to customer service, they told me it was UPS’s fault for not shipping the product correctly and that I needed to contact UPS myself to resolve the issue.I finally requested a refund, as I was fed up with their excuses, but they refused and insisted I handle it with UPS.
