Airwrap Diffuser - Where are they !

Hi I’ve been trying to get the Airwrap diffuser since OCt 2023 with zero luck. I’m on the Dyson page to be notified and had messages and went straight on but they were already gone! I’ve even put my name on the American dyson website so family can receive and send it to me! I’ve naturally curly hai (3) and really need a diffuser and won’t get a copy from Amazon etc… I got the Airwrap as I was informed that the Diffuser would be available soon :-( love the product it’s pricy but not being able to get the attachment is poor !

Help with Airstrait

I pre ordered my Dyson Airstrait directly from Dyson , It worked for a few weeks then came up with the message “ RESET” - It had No power would not load the screen I was very frustrated as I had only use it a few times. I contacted Dyson they offered me a replacement which is exactly what happened .( Airstrait No 1) The replacement would not even turn on no sound no screen nothing - so I contacted Dyson again and once again they offered a replacement ( Airstrait No 2) The Airstrait No 3 arrived it worked for a few weeks I then went back to my Airwrap for a while and to my horror when I went to use the Airstrait again ( approx 10 day)It would not turn on no power just nothing . I contacted Dyson again and they offered me a repair I accepted as I liked it the Airstrait when it worked but out of the 3 months I had used it 6 times I said could i have a credit note but they said this was not possible they would keep on repairing it until my original guarantee expired . Hair Straighteners

Hair straighteners just needed battery replacement…..or so I thought. After speaking to Customer Services I have been told that the straighteners are unrepairable, but I can buy a refurbished set for £99! My other option is 20% off new ones. Sorry Dyson this is really not the service we have had in the past with other products. Dyson you have let us down and you have let yourself done with the appalling design of this product.

Dyson Corrale help

Hi there, I just got the Dyson corrale in the Nickel/Copper today and I left it directly by my heater vent for about an hour it probably got up to 77-80 degrees Fahrenheit max. The corrale got a bit hot and now it looks less shiny then when I took it out of the box. Is it possible the heater changed/ damage the finish of the corrale? Please advise. Thank you in advance.

horrible service

his was by far the worst customer service experience I ever had. I had been having ongoing issues with my airwrap that was gifted to me last year. The device itself will not properly hold any attachment to the point where I can no longer even use the round brush attachments because it falls out the second I put it in my hair. Originally an agent I spoke with told me she could not help me unless I had the purchase date in order to register the device. I was able to get the purchase date for the device from the person who gifted me the item and registered the device. I went to speak with support again and proceeded to have an incredibly frustrating conversation that lasted over 2 hours with Aman A I was told that is insufficient and I need a receipt. This gift is from last January, purchased in a different state to where I live and the person who gifted it to me no longer has the receipt. I live hours away from a Dyson service centre so coming in person is not an option. After over 30 mi

Airwraps do not last

Purchased Airwrap direct from Dyson Jan 24, 2024 - it died Jan 16, 2024. I bought it because my snow white straight short hair because it burns and turns orange with straighteners or curling irons. Airwrap has been the ONLY thing that works on my hair, but it didn’t even last a year and is taking way too long for replacement. I do not have a $500 backup appliance to style my hair and look terrible without styling my hair. I just want to warn anyone buying the Airwrap to look into all the posts regarding it not lasting very long. I am scared about the replacement when I do receive it as I worry it isn’t going to last either. I guess to have the luxury of using a Dyson Airwrap I will need to purchase a Shark Airstyle as a backup for when the Dyson is in Warranty replacement. Also they no longer have the short hair edition:(

feeling like I have been Scammed by Dyson

Having a really bad time with Dyson. I bought a Dyson Airwrap for my daughter’s Christmas presents. The product shows as being in the delivery Hub but after 3 week it hasn’t arrived. I called customer services twice already asking why and each time I’ve been promised that someone will follow up with the courier and they will comeback with an answer. Needless to say nothing has happened and I am £450 out of pocket feeling like I have been scammed. It’s not what I expected from this Company and I read so many articles that people not only don’t get the product but they struggle to get a cancellation or refund.

Never Order from Dyson.com; waste of time and money

I had placed an online order through Dyson’s website for Dyson’s AirWrap and AirStraight combo during Valentine’s Day Promo 2024. I only received AirStraight in the shipment and AirWrap is missing. It’s been over a month and Dyson still doest not have a resolution for my case. Every time I call Dyson they request me to give me them some more time to investigate. They don’t call back to provide updates on the case. It’s been a nightmare dealing with Dyson. Worst Customer service ever. I am going to open a case with FTC and also at my states consumer protection division

Dyson 2 Year Warranty with NO Response & Service

On Jan 6, I contacted Dyson about my hairdryer with broken filter.The online agent informed me to submit photo and receipt of purchase, which I did. And I was told back then I should receive a follow up email from Dyson within 24-72 hrs. It is now Jan 16, zero email from Dyson. I am done waiting.So I reached out to Dyson again to make a complaint and requested a follow up on my case. One agent joined conversation and left within a minute. After I typed a question mark, no robot or real person ever responded. I own several Dyson products and I have gone through numerous models over the years. I used to believe the Dyson name brand is worth my money and they do honor the warranty.Now, my experience tells me Dyson has shifted to an arrogant company that scammed me with no warranty and offered no customer service. Exchange Disaster

At the start of October 2024 I received a Dyson supersonic that I paid 329 euros for. I had saved for this and it was a big purchase for me. Mid December the machine stopped working properly. It was experiencing power issue sand kept cutting out. After really only a few weeks use for this to happen was extremely disappointing. The device was unusable. I contacted your customer service team via the digital chat function. After some to-ing and fro-ing the agent advised me that an exchange would be completed. He told me that the postman would collect my broken device and give me a new one, that the whole process wold take 1-2 days. This seemed a fair and prompt solution and I agreed. I asked what i needed to do. Did I need to parcel up my old Dyson? I was told no, just hand the box with my hairdryer to the postman and I would be given my new hairdryer. The postman came on 31st December with a label to collect my device. He told me he didnt know anything about issuing me with a new hairdry

Problem getting a refund

I purchased a hair dryer in Nov 2024. Returned it within a week. I received a conformation email from Dyson that they have received the return. It was 12/6/24. However, I have not received a refund. Hi so my hair is curly wavy dort of thing and frizzy all the time I wet it then use the dyson supersonic nural hair dryer to blowdry my hair make it straight comb it with the wide tooth comb then use the flyaway attacthment to make it straight then do the middle part hair cut but everytime I get out the house the air the wind touches my hair it becomes frizzy and sometimes the curls came back and frizzy I don't know what to do I'm thinking about buying the dyson airststrait or the Iron or the airwrap for the best results I'm a man by the way so that why I'm confused like I really don't need to ask about all the devices I just need one who is gonna give me the best results

Supersonic Failure

My Supersonic dryer has stopped heating and is beyond the 2 year warranty. Dyson customer service directed me to a service center that is 300 miles away and doesn’t return my calls. It is very disappointing to spend so much on a hair dryer that doesn’t last. My past cheap ones have lasted significantly longer. Based on comments from other customers here, this is not unusual so I am not likely to buy another one until their reliability improves.

Missing package- GLS (provider) did not follow delivery instructions

I placed my order for the Dyson hair dryer on 12/29 and activated text updates so that I stay informed around my package delivery. I even reached out to customer service a week before it got delivered, to ask for a status update and to make sure I had my eyes out for the package. They reassured me that this was the normal wait time despite the schedule updating to continuously say “ rescheduled- in gardena” (not where I live). Delivery kept getting delayed and rescheduled (per the update on tracking.narvar.com) until on January 11th at 834AM, it showed delivered. I found that odd given that I read that Dyson requires the package to be signed. Well under 30 minutes, I looked everywhere- my front door, and the main entrance door to my condo; I saw that there was another package for a different resident outside of the entrance (meaning it was on the sidewalk on the street right in front of cars and passerby's). I have no way of knowing if that package was delivered also by GLS, but I do k

Still waiting on refund for product that never arrived

I placed an order for my wife for a Dyson Airstrait on November 30, 2024, thinking it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. Dyson used GLS for shipping, and on December 5, 2024, I noticed on the GLS tracking website that there was a weird shipment status. After calling GLS, I learned that the order had been lost in shipment. So I contacted Dyson around December 10, and they told me it would take 2 weeks to investigate what had happened. I placed an identical order (i.e., I have now paid for the Airstrait twice), and that second order arrived in time for Christmas. However, I am STILL waiting for a refund from Dyson on the order I placed six weeks ago. I have contacted Dyson via chat and via telephone. Today, I had a customer service rep tell me that it would take another 30-35 days to investigate with GLS, and it would take 3-8 days after that for Dyson to issue the refund. I returned a $500 Dyson Airstrait in November. Dyson acknowledged receipt of the product on December 10. It is now January 12 and my credit card company has still not received the refund. Simple math tells me that the longer Dyson can hold my money, the better for them. But that certainly isn’t fair to the customer, especially on a very expensive product. The item arrived promptly after I ordered it on December 2, and my daughter was thrilled to use it on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, her excitement was short-lived—after just one use, the device completely failed to turn on. This is where the nightmare began. I contacted Dyson’s customer service, only to be met with scripted, robotic responses that failed to address my questions or concerns. It was impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. The options they gave me were equally appalling: wait two months for a refund or return the defective product for a replacement. Help Required

Hi . Hope someone can help. Having received a return label for a Dyson air-wrap on the 2nd Dec (Item not required) I returned the item at the post office on the 17th Dec (Having received confirmation the label was still valid) . I am now having extreme difficulty receiving my refund (Despite having proof of postage). I have made numerous phone calls to the 0800 number with no success. I seem to be going round in circles speaking to a different operative every day. Can anyone advise a course of action in order I may resolve this problem & receive my desperate refund.
