issues connecting and setting up my new airwrap id to app?

Is anyone else unable to connect their new airwrap ID to the app? Mine is unable to detect the device and when I try and enter the device ID manually, it says that it’s not compatible (even though it is). I had to chat with support 3 different times and go through a ton of troubleshooting for them to issue a replacement. Super frustrating when I paid so much money for it!

Update: I think they updated the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled this afternoon and it connected immediately on the first try. Hope it works for everyone else after a fresh install!

Yes, I just received mine and it will not connect to the app. Support basically shrugged their shoulders and told me they didn’t know how to help me and “escalated” my case. Apparently I have to wait 72 hours to hear back via email - after reading many reviews, I will likely not receive an email at all. I plan on going into the Dallas store and having it fixed or refunded as $600 for a non-working device is ridiculous.
