My hairdryer still hasn't been returned to me.
My hairdryer is still under warranty but was faulty, I was advised by Dyson to send it off for repair which I did on the 10th of October 2024 the 12th of October I had email to say it was repaired and on its way back to me... No tracking ref available??
Today is the 4th of November and I still haven't received my hairdryer... I have phoned Dyson on numerous occasions.. only to be told by different advisers, time and time again that it has been escalated and to wait 48 hours. I am extremely upset and frustrated, the whole situation is causing no end of anxiety, the calls have left me in tears. Is there anyone here that can help me please.
