Hi, I ordered during the black Friday(1st Dec) weekend a Dyson Supersonic Nural that according to the offer advertised included a presentation box complimentary. 

 I recieved the hair dryer on 3rd December, but not the box, today is 27th December and unfortunately no presentation case received.
