Ongoing Issue with Dyson Corrale Straightener - 5th Failed Exchange Order | Dyson Community

I purchased a Dyson Corrale straightener, however as of this June have been unable to switch it on due to getting a error message: “Too Hot". I've followed numerous troubleshooting steps via the live chat agents and then messages via eBay which I purchased from the Dyson Outlet.

I've been given numerous order numbers telling me the device was going to be swapped by carrier, none of these materialised.

Today, again I went on to live chat to advise this is still ongoing only to be told I would have the item collected, sent back to warehouse and a replacement then sent to once checked over. I got an e-mail from DPD to advise it would be collected tomorrow 20th, followed by another e-mail 20 minutes after to advise the collection has been cancelled. It's absolutely redicilous at this point that I've been tried to get this sorted since June and we're nearly into September
