I didn’t expect this kind of customer service from Dyson, 

I love Dyson products I’ve been using quite a while but customer service is worst. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service with chat and call, with the warranty, after explaining everything on the call they put me hold for 45 minutes and then no response from customer service. This is ridiculous 
I bought my Dyson Airwrap from Sephora in February 2023, and it’s started making buzzing sound and stopped heating since few months, and when I contacted Dyson customer service they told me they can’t honour the warranty because I bought it from Sephora, I contacted Sephora, and they told me that Dyson has 2 year warranty and where it clearly states on Dyson website that warranty is for 2 years if airwrap. At least dyson customer agent should not lie when it says on your policy and website that it’s 2 year warranty from anywhere you shop except un authorised seller . This is Totally unexpected. 
Dyson airwrap are expensive I can’t just buy every year, I didn’t expect this kind of quality for such an expensive product. 

Has anyone got any advice how to get hold of customer service. As I love my Dyson airwrap but this lack of communication is very frustrating
