Does anyone know why can’t the airstrait (prcd) plug be plugged horizontally. I live in Peru and just bought mine and the plugs are horizontal and not vertical. How can that affect my dyson?.

We can only advise using the Dyson Airstrait™ straightener’s PRCD plug in the correct vertical orientation, as this is how it’s been designed and tested to be used - and would not recommend using in any other orientation.
