Refund?

Hi, could anyone help me please. My son bought me a Dyson air wrap as a present at Christmas. Unfortunately it was not suitable for me so we returned it. It had not been opened. 

It was purchased from the Dyson Demo shop The Bullring. Birmingham. UK. It was returned the them also on 18th January 2025. We were given a printed receipt and also a copy sent to e.mail. We have since been back in person to the Dyson demo twice to chase the refund.

To Date ( 18th February 2025) we still have not received our refund of £400  !! 
How long does it take?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
