Hi there! I wonder if someone could help. I returned a nural in January, DPD collected and a few days later got an email saying the hairdryer was in received in the warehouse and refund would be issued. I’m still waiting on that. Two investigations have been started (both saying I would hear back in 48 hours, neither did).
I’ve just called again to no help at all.
Really don’t know where else to turn.
i love Dyson as a brand and have always has air treatment and hoovers by them but things like this really put you off.
I’d love if someone could help!
