Struggling to book complementary online one to one demo | Dyson Community

Hi there, I am really struggling to book a date and time for the online demo. Anyone else unable to choose a date option? I can select today’s date but then unable to select a time. All other available days on the calendar cannot be selected. I have tried on my mobile, iPad and desktop computer. Any ideas?

I’m sorry you’ve had issues booking an online demo. Unfortunately our online demonstrator resource is extremely limited, meaning there aren’t any slots available to be booked - which is why you haven’t been able to locate a bookable date. We don’t currently have an estimate on when more appointment slots will be added.

We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused here - I’ll make sure your feedback is passed along to the right people.

In the meantime, you’re welcome to visit a Dyson Demo store in person, or to reach out to our Customer Care experts at Dyson.com for help with any questions you might have about using your machine.
