I bought a supersonic hair dryer, but it was a Christmas gift from my husband
I tried attaching the diffuser but it doesn’t fit. Contacted customer service who said they would be in touch when they had the correct attachment in stock.
yesterday having waited a while I looked on website and discovered I could buy a new attachment and it would be delivered the next day.
spoke to customer service they said it’s a different warehouse and they cannot access stock
seems very strange

Are you able to confirm if the Diffuser you received was packaged in the box with your Dyson hair dryer - or was it purchased separately as an additional attachment?
If it was packaged with your hair dryer, it would be extremely unusual for it not to fit your machine.
It would be really helpful for us in troubleshooting the issue if you were able to provide a clear picture of your hair dryer and the Diffuser, so we can easily tell exactly which items you have.
