I’m a registered nurse and I don’t have time to write out all the specs of when I bought what and how and all of that like a lot of these people have taken the time to do bottom line my husband and I spent $1500 so I could have a superior product and it turned out to be crap. I purchased the hairdryer it failed. I purchased a straightener it failed. I purchased the air wrap and it failed The batteries do not sustain and will not return their product on other product or anything else if I spend this much on a hairdryer, you better freaking be able to back it up disgusted am I to say the least do not buy Dyson!!!!

What's your batteries? Only the cordless vacuums (handsticks and robots both) and the WashG1 mop have any battery at all - all others are plugged cords.

Also, can you specify all the problems you have had so far?
