I have ordered 2 DysonS from Dyson website USA-1. Dyson hair Airstrait and 2. Dyson hair airwrap styler. When I got the airstrait to Armenia (my country) I noticed the plug design is unusual for me, I googled and found out that there is voltage difference over the world of what I did heard ever. So I can’t use my Dyson tools.
WHAT can I do?

We strongly advise against ordering a Dyson machine in one country for use in another. We do not offer an international guarantee, the machine may not work properly with the differing voltage, and it can make it extremely difficult for us to provide support in the event of a breakdown.

This isn’t a situation we’ll be able to resolve for you via the Dyson Community forum, and at this time we do not have a presence in Armenia.
We’d recommend contacting the Dyson US Customer Care team via Dyson.com, to discuss any options available.
