Black Friday Canada 2024 is offering a lower price on Airwrap and 180$ worth of free gifts including a paddle brush and free 4oz sample of styling solution. Didn't receive brush or sample and called customer service. Brush is being shipped but no sample because out of stock. So… 700$ later they tell me to call back when they send me an alert that sample is back in stock. WTF! I have to run after them again for something that is included in my order. I have had Dyson for 25 years. Harbinger of how customers are treated?
