I have the hair straighteners at £400. The batteries have given up and the charger lead has never been powerful enough to power the unit if the batteries aren’t charged. They are 2 years nine months old and Dyson booked in for a repair but then cancelled.
apparently they are not repairable as this product isn’t at all. So throw them away and buy another pair with 25% discount. I won’t be doing that but try to complain and your stone walled. Dyson that is supposed to be a high end company selling high quality products have turned into Trotters Independent Trading from what I can see.
Ive been a loyal customer for 25 years and more.
So why are they selling out there customers now for a little more sales?

Hi
Dyson machines are made of high-grade, recyclable materials - and can be responsibly disposed of at the end of their working life at any local recycling centre.
I’ve reached out directly to take some further information. Please check your Dyson Community private message inbox and provide the details requested.
I’ll look forward to hearing from you.
