WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE


I have been waiting three months for a replacement of a broken hair dryer. Have called more than 100 times, sent 30 mails, nothing nothing. This has been the worst customer service experience in a lifetime. DONT BUY DYSON, it is a FRAUD.

Thank you, responden already, hoping to receive an answer soon. I have been waiting for more than 3 months for a nural which I used for only a week. Terrible customer service, I have called around 50 tines, sent 50 mails. It is a nightmare. Would have known this would never buy Dyson.

And time passes by, NO RESPONSE from Dyson. 3 months ago I bought a hairdryer which didnt work, returned it and received NOTHING. Dyson IS A FRAUD

Hi 
I agree with you because I am going through the same experience at present and would not recommend anyone to buy DYSON AT ALL. Only when something goes wrong does one realize how pathetic is the customer support and the process which never works….

ECHOING YOUR SENTIMENT DO NOT BUY DYSON UNLESS IT IS FROM COSTCO….
