I bought the Dyson Corrale Straightener in April 2024, but by July, it had already stopped charging. I reached out to Dyson and returned the product, but received no updates or communication from their side. I had to constantly follow up with customer support, which turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. Nearly a month went by after I returned the straightener, and they still didn’t replace it. When I asked for a refund, they refused, citing their policy—even though the product was still under warranty. Despite Dyson's claims of lifetime support and a product built to last, mine failed within just three months. The customer service agents were rude, unhelpful, and more focused on defending themselves than addressing my concerns. I strongly advise against buying from Dyson—HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACROSS AMERICA.
